No Current Management Role

Active GSMs, Sales Managers, and F&I Managers only. The Selection is built for people with a floor to operate right now.

Defensive Application Answers

If every problem belongs to your dealer, your team, or the market — with zero ownership — you're not ready to be coached.

No Specific Problem Identified

"I want to get better" is not an answer. Name the exact breakdown on your floor. Vague answers don't make it through.

Store Already in Delta or VAE
